Doctor Support Specialist

Summary

The Doctor Support Specialist provides hands-on, field-based, and remote support and mentorship for doctors across the ClearChoice Network. Traveling regularly to assigned Centers, this person delivers training in best practices, clinical innovations, and proven Network standards, technologies, and materials. Using performance and quality data to identify opportunities, the Doctor Support Specialist partners with doctors to drive process improvements, capitalize on Center performance, and help doctors practice at the top of their license.

This role collaborates closely with cross-functional departments including, but not limited to, Clinical Education, Operations, Field Leadership, and HR, to ensure Network resources are provided and standards are reinforced at the Center level. Success in this role depends on building credibility and trust with clinicians, influencing outcomes through partnership and expertise rather than direct authority.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; DDS, DMD, or equivalent dental degree, with completion of post-graduate training in prosthodontics


  • Minimum of five (5) years of clinical experience in a dental implant center, with a focus on full-arch implant restoration


  • ClearChoice practice experience is a plus, but not required


  • Regularly required to work in an office environment - at one's own workstation and shared spaces - as well as on-site at various Network dental implant Centers; may be eligible for hybrid work consistent with the current company policy


  • Regularly required to travel to Network dental implant Centers (approximately 50-75% of time)


The Doctor Support Specialist will not perform any clinical care on any patients at any dental practice in his or her capacity as Doctor Support Specialist with CCMS. The Doctor Support Specialist will only provide direction to clinical employees in a manner which is expressly approved from the duly licensed dentist responsible for the applicable dental practice. To the extent the Doctor Support Specialist practices dentistry on patients, such activities shall be wholly outside the scope of this position.

Compensation & Benefits

The anticipated range for this position is $140,000 - $200,000 annual base salary plus discretionary performance-based bonus. Actual pay may vary based on experience, performance, and qualifications.
