Full Job Description
The Division Manager, Commercial Banking is responsible for contributing to business development and overseeing a team to grow and retain profitable relationships by focusing on the delivery of value-added solutions to clients and prospects that will help the company reach their goals and maximize our revenues over the life of the relationship.

What You'll Do

  • Achieve new business by identifying and maintaining quality revenue generating sales opportunities
  • Coach team members to achieve sales goals and develop a high-quality, long term prospect portfolio; manage team to scorecard expectations
  • Create opportunities for the team to increase cross-selling and actively grow partnerships with other lines of business to offer clients the full scope of products and services
  • Collaborate with credit team to fully understand performance of portfolio companies managed by the team
  • Effectively manage timely resolution of exceptions, renewals, reviews, and the credit process for the team while adhering to all policies and guidelines and maintaining risk rating accuracy
  • Anticipate future needs and interface pro-actively with stakeholders and partners to address those needs
  • Advance Commercial Banking strategies by leading and participating in projects, actively engages with the community and team members in initiatives to achieve high levels of performance success in targeted markets
