What You'll Do:- Develop, implement and manage the fertilizer supply budgets and work with procurement to meet the needs of the branches
- Review and analyze progress towards the achievement of supply and inventory position goals
- Communicate with area managers, branch managers and sales staff to discuss fertilizer market movement
- Work with logistics to ensure product gets to the right place at the right time
- Bring new ideas to the managers on innovative and change
- Liaison between customers, suppliers, division leadership and other appropriate industry personnel to promote Nutrien Ag Solutions' products and services
What You'll Bring:- Bachelors degree or equivalent required
- 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in agriculture and/or operations
- 10+ years of people leadership experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and the ability to learn new software programs (SAP)
- Experience with dry and liquid agricultural fertilizers
