Lifepoint Health has an opportunity for a Behavioral Health Division Chief Financial Officer. The Division CFO will have oversight of Behavioral Health located in Brentwood TN.
The Behavioral Health Division CFO will oversee the financial operations of the division, ensuring the achievement of budgets and metrics through a culture of accountability. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills to drive financial performance and support the behavioral health division's growth objectives.
Position serves both internal co-workers and external customers, clients, patients, contractors, and vendors.
Access to and/or works with sensitive and/or confidential information.
Exhibit a comprehensive understanding of healthcare regulatory and compliance (e.g., HIPAA). Skilled in the application of policies and procedures. Knowledge of Business Office Standards and Recommended Practices.
Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) regulations, and state regulatory environments as needed.
The role requires extensive overnight travel (over 15%) by land and/or air.

What we're looking for
Applicants should have a bachelor's degree from an accredited school in Finance, Accounting or a related field. MBA and/or CPA preferred.
Additional requirements include:
Must work from Lifepoint HSC in Brentwood, Tennessee.
Certifications: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Certification Preferred.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage the work of others, including planning, assigning, scheduling, and reviewing work, and ensuring quality standards. Responsible for hiring, terminating, training and developing, reviewing performance, and administering corrective action for staff.
