Description

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Lead and develop Sales Support and Recruiting team members, fostering a culture of service, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with field leadership to identify needs, remove obstacles, and support agent productivity, recruiting, retention, and growth initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Education & Training to support onboarding, development, and field education programs.
  • Work closely with Communications to develop promotional campaigns, newsletters, field communications, graphics, flyers, and engagement materials to ensure compliance and branding.
  • Manage promotion tracking, recognition and awards programs, and leadership development initiatives. Develop and maintain business trackers, reporting tools, dashboards, and performance metrics.
  • Lead and support cross-functional projects, process improvement initiatives, and operational enhancements that increase efficiency and field effectiveness.
  • Translate strategic priorities into actionable plans while executing day-to-day tactical support activities.
  • Build Monthly Business Review (MBR) presentations and executive reporting materials.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve field support resources, streamline processes, and help agents and leaders achieve sales and recruiting objectives.


QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent leadership and management experience may be considered in lieu of formal education. Minimum two years of progressive leadership experience, including direct management of teams and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution, successfully leading projects, process improvements, and operational initiatives in a fast-paced sales or distribution environment.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and business acumen skills, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, reporting tools, and business analytics. Experience developing reports, dashboards, business reviews, performance metrics, and executive-level presentations.
  • Professionally assertive communicator with the ability to influence without authority, build collaborative partnerships, and effectively engage stakeholders across Sales, Recruiting, Training, Communications, and Operations.
  • Proven track record of developing talent, coaching future leaders, fostering accountability, and creating a positive, high-performance culture focused on ownership, growth, and results.
  • Resourceful, resilient problem-solver who proactively identifies opportunities to improve field support, enhance operational efficiency, and drive business outcomes while encouraging solution-oriented thinking and self-sufficiency.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Hybrid role, 4 days each week in office (Austin campus), Fridays remote
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Continually required to utilize hand and finger dexterity
  • Continually utilize visual acuity to operate equipment, read
    technical information, and/or use a keyboard
