Overview

We are seeking a driven and experienced District Sales Manager to lead sales growth across our commercial fleet service offerings. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding our customer base, nurturing high-value relationships, and maximizing revenue through service sales-including collision repair, mobile roadside assistance, truck lot maintenance, and trailer services. This is a high-impact role suited for a seasoned sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands the needs of fleet operators.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:
  • Represent the company with professionalism, portraying a welcoming and positive image.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure repeat business and long-term client loyalty.
  • Identify customer needs and present tailored service solutions, including truck lot maintenance and fleet repair services.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with decision-makers in commercial trucking, logistics, and fleet management sectors.
  • Lead prospecting efforts through cold calls, networking, and on-site visits to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with Service Operations and Roadside Assistance teams to develop accurate, competitive quotes.
  • Maintain consistent communication with internal teams to ensure service delivery meets or exceeds customer expectations.
  • Keep CRM system updated with client visits, sales opportunities, and account status.
  • Analyze sales reports to identify and capitalize on revenue growth opportunities.
  • Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets.
