OverviewWe are seeking a driven and experienced
District Sales Manager to lead sales growth across our commercial fleet service offerings. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding our customer base, nurturing high-value relationships, and maximizing revenue through service sales-including collision repair, mobile roadside assistance, truck lot maintenance, and trailer services. This is a high-impact role suited for a seasoned sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands the needs of fleet operators.
ResponsibilitiesWhat You'll Do:- Represent the company with professionalism, portraying a welcoming and positive image.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure repeat business and long-term client loyalty.
- Identify customer needs and present tailored service solutions, including truck lot maintenance and fleet repair services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with decision-makers in commercial trucking, logistics, and fleet management sectors.
- Lead prospecting efforts through cold calls, networking, and on-site visits to potential clients.
- Collaborate with Service Operations and Roadside Assistance teams to develop accurate, competitive quotes.
- Maintain consistent communication with internal teams to ensure service delivery meets or exceeds customer expectations.
- Keep CRM system updated with client visits, sales opportunities, and account status.
- Analyze sales reports to identify and capitalize on revenue growth opportunities.
- Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitive offerings, and new service capabilities.
- Support marketing efforts by participating in trade shows, networking events, and customer appreciation initiatives.
QualificationsWhat You Bring:- High School Diploma/GED 7+ years of sales experience in fleet services in trucking
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 5+ years of experience.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas in a B2B environment.
- Experience selling high-value services such as fleet maintenance, collision repair, or heavy-duty truck/trailer services preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Skilled in cold calling, business development, and strategic relationship-building.
- Self-motivated with exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM experience required (Karmak Fusion a plus).
- Knowledge of the commercial trucking and fleet maintenance industry required.
