Job Summary
Oversees and optimizes the performance of multiple retail wireless locations within a designated district, ensuring operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and achievement of sales targets for BP Products N.A. Inc.

Job Responsibilities
* Lead and motivate a team of retail wireless store managers and their staff to achieve and exceed sales, operational, and customer service goals.
* Implement and champion Agility core practices across the district to drive efficiency and adaptability.
* Apply Analytical Thinking and Customer data knowledge to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement within the district.
* Develop and implement strategic plans for Retail territory development, including identifying new market opportunities and optimizing existing store locations.
* Apply Commercial Acumen to analyze market conditions, competitor activities, and financial performance to improve profitability.
* Foster a culture of Customer centric thinking, ensuring exceptional service delivery and customer loyalty.
* Effectively communicate district performance, strategies, and initiatives to senior management and store teams.
* Leverage Data visualization and interpretation skills to present complex information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
* Facilitate Digital Collaboration among store teams to share guidelines and enhance operational consistency.
* Demonstrate strong Industry knowledge and advocacy, staying informed about wireless technology trends, products, and services.
* Promote Knowledge Sharing among district personnel to build a high-performing and skilled workforce.
* Engage in Negotiation planning and preparation for various business agreements and vendor relationships.

* Proven experience in multi-unit retail management, preferably within the wireless or telecommunications industry.
