District Manager - Southern Alberta (full time)

The District Manager will oversee operations of multiple stores within a geographical region. Critical activities include resource recruitment, hiring, allocation, and performance management, inventory organization, and leadership in customer care experiences and safety excellence.

  • In this role, you'd be leading and developing the team, creating a positive work environment where employees feel supported, engaged, and motivated to grow
  • You'd oversee the full employee lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, training, performance management, retention, and employee development
  • A big part of the role is communicating business goals and expectations clearly, making sure the team understands priorities and is set up for success
  • You'd manage workforce planning activities such as scheduling, vacation tracking, attendance management, and payroll timecard approvals
  • Customer experience is a key focus, and we take a "Customers First" approach, so you'd ensure consistent, high-quality service and address customer feedback through continuous improvement initiatives
  • You'd also support business growth by identifying customer needs, promoting appropriate products and services, and executing marketing initiatives at the store level
  • From an operations perspective, you'd have responsibility for store performance, including financial results, productivity, KPIs, cost management, and oversight of institutional contracts
  • Lastly, you'd champion a strong safety culture by ensuring compliance with policies, training requirements, regulatory standards, and incident reporting processes
