Location: This is a hybrid-remote role with expected travel throughout Texas, primarily Dallas, Austin and Houston.
Schedule: Full-Time
Salary: $110,000 - $116,000 annual salary + Period Bonuses

District Manager Responsibilities- Hybrid Work Model
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of multiple kitchens/locations
- Partner with Regional Director to hire, coach and develop Kitchen Managers and other staff.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Monitor and Coach operational procedures to maintain high company standards.
- Conduct regular store visits and audits to assess performance with Kitchen Managers.
- Analyze financial performance with Kitchen Managers and provide support with recommendations for improvement.
- Analyze customer reviews to assist kitchens with service standards.
District Manager Requirements- Solid foundation in culinary skills and customer service skills
- Minimum of 5 years of kitchen management experience
- Minimum of 2 years of multi-unit kitchen experience, managing 4 or more kitchen locations (QSR kitchen experience a plus)
- Proven track record of achieving financial and operational targets
- Willingness to travel onsite throughout Texas up 75% of the work week. Out of state travel may be required.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
