Job Summary:

Meneses Law is seeking a dynamic and experienced District Manager to oversee our satellite offices nationwide. The District Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operations of all satellite offices, providing guidance, support, and training to office managers and staff. This position requires fluency in both Spanish and English, as well as the ability to travel extensively.

Essential Functions/ Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise the operations of all satellite offices to ensure efficiency, compliance with company policies, and adherence to legal regulations.
  • Provide leadership and support to office managers and staff, offering guidance, procedural issues, and client management.


  • Conducttraining sessions for office managers and staff to enhance their knowledgeofcompanypolicies and procedures.
  • Implement quality assurance measures tomaintainhigh standardsof service delivery and client satisfaction across allsatelliteoffices.
  • Collaborate with Office Manager to assess departmental needs and goals and partner with Operations Director to fill any operational gaps.
  • Monitor the performance ofsatelliteoffices through regularassessments, metrics analysis, and feedback mechanisms toidentifyareas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Travelto satellite offices as needed to provideon-site support,training, and oversight.
  • May berequiredto provide coverage at satellite offices for periods of time depending on operational needs.
  • Assistin designing andmaintainingclear operational guides to ensure consistency of operations.
  • Maintain the strictest level of confidentiality with organizational information.
  • Perform any other tasks or functionsdeemednecessary to the daily operations of the employer.

Compensation:

Meneses Law believes in Work Life Balance. Operation hours are from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. plus 2 Saturdays a month for certain positions.
