District Manager Role The District Manager is a pivotal leadership role responsible for shaping performance through people, culture, and disciplined execution across the GTA East region. Leading through others, the District Manager identifies, develops, and empowers talent, fostering accountability, engagement, and operational excellence across a large and diverse workforce.
What You Will Shine At - Building and leading teams of up to 100 employees, creating alignment around strategy, expectations, and execution
