District Manager Role

The District Manager is a pivotal leadership role responsible for shaping performance through people, culture, and disciplined execution across the GTA East region. More than delivering results, this leader drives sustainable success by building high-performing teams that embody Costco's values and member-first culture. Leading through others, the District Manager identifies, develops, and empowers talent, fostering accountability, engagement, and operational excellence across a large and diverse workforce.
