Full Job Description
Position Summary...
This role oversees Pharmacy and Vision Center operations to ensure operational excellence and regulatory compliance. The role collaborates with management teams to enhance store procedures and meet strategic business needs.

What you'll do...

This role establishes short and long-term priorities aligned with operational, people, and merchandising initiatives to boost productivity and efficiency. Internal partnerships may be developed and leveraged to maximize deliverables, fostering strong relationships between operations, merchandising, and external partnerships. Conducting monthly financial reviews and sharing results with cross-functional teams is also part of the role.

People leadership involves career development for direct reports, assisting with recruitment strategies, managing evaluation processes, and providing ongoing coaching and accountability. The role may educate and deliver training strategies to support the overall achievement of initiatives such as scope of practice and regulatory compliance.

Leadership and direction are provided to communicate clear expectations for operational processes, holding managers accountable for executing corporate directives, policies, and programs. The role may conduct tours using tools like Operations Audits to identify operational execution shortfalls and perform gap analysis. Monitoring and evaluating performance, and acting as a direct coach to managers, is essential in this role.

The pay range for this position is $109,400.00 - $150,480.00. Pay will be determined based on relevant experience.
