Qualifications

• 3+ years of multi-unit, high volume, complex business leadership experience preferred.
• College degree preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to drive results and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Proven capacity to build diverse, high-performing teams in an inclusive environment.
• Ability to deliver an exceptional customer experience across all channels.
• Flexibility to work varied hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Capacity to travel overnight and/or between stores as required.
