Role Overview

Sodexo's Campus Segment is seeking a passionate, client- and customer-driven District Manager2 to support multiple campus dining accounts across Western New York. Serving as the primary Sodexo representative for a defined geographic area, this leader will drive operational excellence, financial performance, and strong client and customer relationships.

The ideal candidate will reside in or near Buffalo, Rochester, or Syracuse, NY, and bring deep experience in multi-site leadership within food service or campus dining environments.

As District Manager 2, you will lead and inspire a team of General Managers and frontline employees across several accounts, ensuring overall operational success, including financial performance, client satisfaction, and employee development. This role requires a strategic, influential leader who can build strong partnerships with clients and internal stakeholders while ensuring consistent delivery of Sodexo's high standards. You will work closely with the Vice President and clients to maintain contract compliance, strengthen relationships, and drive long-term account retention.

What You'll Do

  • Lead, mentor, and develop General Managers and their teams across multiple campus accounts
  • Drive financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
