Distribution Supervisor, 2nd Shift-OnsiteJackson, TN USA The Job: As a Distribution Supervisor, you'll be part of our Jackson team working as an on-site employee. You'll get to:
- Ensure safety of employees via active safety culture management, policy enforcement, and assisting in developing improvements to our business
- Maintain a personnel structure and staffing level to accomplish the department's mission in an effective and efficient manner
- Plan and coordinate work by performing time studies, cost analysis, or other means as necessary
- Trains and motivates; monitors and evaluates performance of associates in the department
- Ensures our associates ability to safely operate material handling equipment to move materials to and from storage configurations
- Team member engagement. Effectively build relationships and trust with the team to successfully execute daily/weekly/monthly goals.
- Develops Team Leaders to effectively oversee the daily routines of their assigned associates
- Monitors, measures, and documents department performance for cost, labor, and productivity requirements
- Working with the Human Resources Department, select employees through the normal hiring process, consistently administer policies and procedures as applicable, monitor employee performance/attendance/time, resolve associate relation issues, coach and counsel for improvement and apply discipline consistently where necessary up to and including termination of employment.

- Bachelor's degree Preferred; minimum requirement of associate's degree.
- Minimum 3+ years' experience in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing setting.
- Minimum 1+ years' recent relevant leadership experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office to include Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Experience with inventory or warehouse software, databases, and other systems including SAP and WMS, preferred

The Salary range for this position is $63,800.00 - $102,700.00
