- Cultivate and empower a dedicated team of nearly 500 warehouse employees, ensuring unparalleled customer service and same-day shipping.
- Uphold exceptional levels of accuracy, safety and performance in daily warehouse functions.
Minimum Requirements- Bachelor's degree.
- 7+ years of management experience in high-volume distribution centers, including recruitment and motivation of a 300+ employee team.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience with performance metrics and warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
