Job Description

The Distribution Manager will lead a team of distribution Key Account Managers for the US and Canada. The Integrated Audio Brands team has primary responsibility for Electro-Voice, Dynacord, and Bosch Conferencing and Public Address products being sold through our Reseller and Integrator channel network. You will also partner with the Business Development, Regional Growth, Global Key Account, Technical Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure positive business results that meet the Audio business plan.
  • Lead the Distribution team in identifying key growth accounts and customer engagement opportunities.
  • Build deep POS understanding throughout their distributor to support the forecasting process.
  • Accountability for distributor POS, inventory, and Sales-In performance.
  • Develop and execute business plans that leverage the unique value propositions of each distribution partner with the strengths of the Audio group to drive results.
  • Develop and build strong relationships throughout the Distributor, collaborate with them, and hold regular business reviews at the Business Unit and Executive levels with the key distributor's personnel.
  • Develop and drive Demand Creation Programs that enable, motivate, and incentivize distributor personnel to design-in the Audio portfolio.
  • Coordinate and manage consistent product training programs throughout the distributors.
  • Support the successful implementation of new product introductions.
  • Gather market intelligence and develop strategies to action growth opportunities.
  • Exceed sales budgets and critical business objectives.
  • Mentor, coach, and develop direct and indirect reports.


Qualifications

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) in relevant field.
  • 5 - 10+ years focused on Distribution Key Account Management and Distribution Sales Management in the Pro AV industry with a proven track record of success.
  • Experienced in managing a team with a proven ability to lead, motivate, and inspire.
  • Ability to establish credibility quickly with key customers and current Integrated Audio Brands team.
  • Demonstrates strong work and business ethics with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Proven ability to build internal relationships and influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
  • Exceptional communication skills, which include both verbally and digitally with the ability to tailor communications depending on the audience.
  • Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with cross-functions teams to drive results.
  • Ability to establish growth plans, challenging distributors to drastically outperform the market.
  • Experience with software applications including Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Outlook, and Teams) and Power BI.
  • Excel expertise with advanced knowledge of pivots, charts, and formulas.
  • Willing and able to travel 50%-75% of the time.

Travel Requirements:
  • This position requires significant (50% +) travel, primarily in North America.
  • This position requires a valid driver's license.
  • This position requires a valid passport.


Additional Information

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $128,000 - $155,000. Within the range, individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc.

In addition to base salary, full-time employees are eligible to participate in Keenfinity Group's (US) Health and Welfare Benefit Plans-including medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance-as well as the company's 401(k) plan, subject to the terms and conditions of the respective plan documents. Full-time employees are eligible to participate in Keenfinity Group's paid time off and sick leave programs in accordance with applicable policies.
