Full Job Description
The Distribution Center Execution Manager is responsible for overseeing DC operations on second shift. This will include leading a team of exempt and non-exempt level colleagues in a fast paced, high volume, highly regulated environment. You will promote and reinforce safety and security awareness and compliance among the supervisory staff and hourly employee groups as well as plan, organize, schedule, forecast, and coordinate work in order to meet production schedules and operational goals.
Additional responsibilities include:
• Review/analyze production, quality, and other operational reports, initiating changes, as needed, to ensure a high level of service to store operations.
• Develop and implement plans, procedures, programs, and strategies utilizing Lean and Continuous Improvement activities to enhance performance, On Time Delivery, Customer Satisfaction, and improve departmental cost-per-piece.
• Administer policies/procedures in a fair and consistent manner. Professionally address issues with employees utilizing the proper resources.
• Partner with day shift Operations Managers to develop an accountable supervisory staff with an emphasis on team building, communication, performance accountability, and positive employee relation's management.
• Ensure maximum utilization of manpower and equipment.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the DC Director.
***This is a 2nd shift role; hours are 3:30PMEST-1:30AMEST with additional flexibility for O/T as needed to support business needs***
Required Qualifications
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in a distribution/manufacturing environment
Preferred Qualifications
• Knowledge of WMS (Warehouse Management Systems)
• Prior experience working in a distribution facility that distributed pharmaceuticals is strongly desired
• Familiarity with labor management standards
• Lean Six Sigma experience is a plus.
• Proven ability to build high performance teams
• Proven ability to engage and inspire colleagues
Education
Verifiable High School diploma or GED is required

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$60,300.00 - $132,600.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
