What you'll do...You will be a visionary technical leader responsible for architecting and building
the next generation of our Developer Productivity solutions. You will engage in solving some of the most complex technical challenges at a massive scale, leveraging cutting-edge technologies to drive business outcomes and create unparalleled customer experiences. You will be an influential member of the engineering team, setting technical direction, mentoring senior engineers, and leading the design and implementation of highly scalable, resilient, and secure platforms. This is a hands-on leadership role for a disruptive thinker who is passionate about leveraging technology to solve real-world problems.
What you'll do: - Collaborate and Innovate: Work in a dynamic, cross-functional team environment, sharing creative ideas and partnering with engineers, designers, and product managers to shape the vision and architecture of our web platforms.
- End-to-End Development: Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance applications using a modern tech stack, ensuring seamless integration between frontend and backend components.
- System Design and Architecture : Apply your deep expertise to architect, design, cloud-native microservices, and build resilient, high-quality software.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Engage with engineering teams across geographies to share knowledge, leverage expertise, and contribute to the broader tech community.
- Integrate external and internal AI/ML components for intelligent automation
What you'll bring: - Backend Expertise: Deep proficiency in Java, J2EE, and Spring Framework with strong knowledge of JVM internals (concurrency, multi-threading).
- AI/ML experience including GenAI experience in last 2 years.
- Hands-on delivery for quick prototyping and POCs.
- Solid understanding of Service-Oriented Architecture and hands-on experience building RESTful web services.
- Strong fundamentals in algorithms, data structures, and database concepts, with expertise in SQL/No SQL databases.
- Proven ability to build, lead, mentor, and influence high-performing, globally distributed engineering teams.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Hands on experience in building scalable cloud native software platforms/applications
- Strong understanding and experience in the area of software development lifecycle in Java/J2EE
- Strong understanding of architecture, database, messaging (Kafka services)
- Strong sense of ownership with focus on quality, efficiency, responsiveness, and continuous innovation.

Sunnyvale, California US-11657: The annual salary range for this position is $169,000.00 - $338,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
