Responsibilities

  • Lead the discussion and own mindshare around the future of networking in the AI era.
  • Work across organizations to provide end-to-end multi-layer network solutions and direction.
  • Design global-scale networks (Data Center, submarine & terrestrial) for AI/data cloud infrastructure
  • Lead multi-vendor architecture, technology selection, and strategy
  • Drive R&D, PLM, and qualify next-gen systems (DSPs, ROADMs, SDM, amplifiers, SDN, NPUs, etc...)
  • Collaborate with data center, AI, and Engineering / Operations teams on Future technology.
  • Represent the company in industry forums and partnerships.

  • 15+ years in optical networking, including submarine systems and coherent optics
  • Expertise in Multi-Layer Networks, DWDM, SDN control, and hyper-scale DC and DCI
  • Proven leadership of high-impact projects; strong communicator and innovator
  • Ability to lead and manage teams
