Full Job Description
Innovative Hearing in Philadelphia, PA and Cherry Hill, NJ is seeking a Dispensing Audiologist or Hearing Instrument Specialist to join our growing team! We are a practice that highly values providing a strong patient experience and bringing forth new and inventive ideas. We provide a full range of services and pride ourselves in our work. We will consider full or part-time (2-3 days a week).

The qualified candidate will be responsible for conducting full hearing assessments and hearing instrument fittings, all while providing top-quality patient care. The right candidate will have a proven track record in hearing instrument fitting and excellent patient care.

You will:

- Conduct patient diagnostics by administering hearing evaluations, tests, and/or examinations.
- Fit and dispense hearing aids and recommend proper assistive devices according to patient needs.

Requirements:

- MUST have a PA or NJ (or both) Audiology Licensure and begin to work right away with little to no supervision or direction.
- Professional Experience: 1+ years of experience dispensing hearing instruments preferred.
- Must be a self-starter, self-motivated, have sales aptitude, and can manage time effectively.

Great earning potential - $85K+ depending on experience and bonus. Paid Time off, Paid Holidays, Healthcare, CEU/Licensure Reimbursement and a Retirement Plan. (for full-time) Total compensation can be $125K, pro rated for part-time as needed.
