Position Overview:
We're Hiring: Disability Management Consultant | Finning Canada

Job Description:

📍 Location & Work Model
This is a permanent, full-time opportunity based out of our Edmonton Head Office or Calgary branch, with a hybrid schedule (3 days/week in-office).

🔍 What You'll Do
  • Manage a complex portfolio of disability cases (STD, LTD, WCB, accommodations, and more)
  • Lead return-to-work planning and resolution conversations
  • Provide expert guidance on Duty to Accommodate, legislation, and best practices
  • Partner with HR, leaders, and external providers to drive outcomes
  • Influence decisions in sensitive, high-impact situations

What You Bring
  • 7+ years of disability management experience
  • Strong knowledge of legislation, case management, and accommodations
  • Experience in a unionized environment
