You will bring a solid subject matter foundation in a field such as health, labour relations or human resources. Being successful in this role requires judgement to apply legal requirements and principles to individual circumstances. This role works within parameters set by human rights legislation, collective agreements, Yukon government's Disability Management and Accommodation policy and guidelines.

Yukon government cares about their employees and strives to offer a variety of learning and developmental opportunities including in-house training. Funding may also be available to support further education.
