Full Job Description
Manage all treasury functions of Seattle Children's Hospital including daily cash management, banking operations, investment accounting, trusts, annuities, endowments, capital structure, debt, and interest rate risk management, risk financing, in order to maximize earnings from its financial resources, optimize available working capital and to comply with bond covenants. Oversee banking relationships and provide management with consolidated reporting of investment and debt transactions and cash forecasts.

Required Education and Experience
  • BA in Accounting or Finance.
  • Minimum eight years of progressive Treasury and financial management experience (including alternative investments, variable rate debt and swap transactions).
  • Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience leading treasury operations within modern enterprise cloud ERPs (such as Workday Financials)


Preferred
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) or Master's in Finance.
  • Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) preferred; CPA or CFA designation a plus.
  • 5+ years of leadership in complex non-profit healthcare systems, academic medical centers, or multi-entity organizations with complex investment and debt structures.


Compensation Range
$157,290.00 - $235,936.00 per year

Salary Information

This compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity, skills, experience, and expertise, and may vary within the range provided.
