Position Purpose: This role will lead the global Total Rewards function within the HR Operations organization and is critical to enabling StoneX's global growth strategy by ensuring reward and compensation programs are consistent, competitive, and scalable. The role provides the foundation for fair, disciplined, and forward-looking pay decisions across the organization. The individual will be responsible for designing and delivering scalable, globally consistent reward and compensation programs aligned to StoneX's job architecture and workforce strategy, including completing the global job architecture initiative, implementing salary band structures, and leading annual compensation cycles. This individual will manage a global team and act as a key partner to HR, Finance, and business leaders to ensure compensation practices support growth, competitiveness, and disciplined cost management.

Primary duties will include:
• Lead design and delivery of global compensation programs across all regions • Implement and operationalize global pay frameworks, including salary bands and geographic differentials • Ensure alignment of compensation strategies to job architecture, career framework, and business priorities • Partner with HRBPs and leadership to provide guidance on complex compensation decisions • Complete implementation of global job architecture, ensuring alignment to compensation structures • Translate job architecture outputs into structured salary ranges and job leveling consistency • Drive global adoption and governance of job families, levels, and pay positioning • Lead end-to-end annual compensation processes including merit planning, bonus allocation, and approvals • Establish clear governance, controls, and timelines to ensure consistent execution globally • Partner with Finance and HR leadership to align compensation budgets with business objectives • Lead the development of a global benefits and wellbeing strategy, including plan design, harmonization, and employee experience • Establish global frameworks for benefits governance, vendor management, and cost optimization • Partner with regional teams to ensure locally compliant and competitive benefit offerings • Establish and enforce global compensation governance frameworks • Ensure regulatory compliance across regions, including pay transparency requirements and local market regulations • Maintain consistency, equity, and defensibility in compensation decisions • Manage and develop a global team while building capability, structured workflows, and ensuring high-quality delivery across regions • Act as a key advisor to HR Ops, HRBPs, Finance, and business leaders, providing data-driven insights on trends, market positioning, and internal equity • Support strategic initiatives including workforce transformation, location strategy, and cost management

To land this role you will need:
• 8–10+ years of progressive experience in total rewards and compensation • Proven experience implementing job architecture and salary banding frameworks • Strong experience leading global compensation programs and annual cycles • Experience working across multiple regions (US and EMEA required; APAC preferred) • Demonstrated ability to operate in a fast-paced, matrix environment

Education / Certification Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree required • Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Compensation Professional - CCP) preferred
Working environment:
• Based in Chicago, IL • Hybrid work arrangement (4 days per week in office) • Global role with schedule flexibility to collaborate across international time zones • Travel expected less than 10%
