Job DescriptionKey Accountabilities:- Oversee the development of the sales organization for assigned product line or region.
- Drive the development and execution of sales and marketing strategies.
- Hire, train, manage, and develop the sales force and supporting administrative staff.
- Benchmark pricing data and develop pricing policies, including volume discounts and terms and conditions.
- Maintain key customer relationships and develop and implement strategies for expanding the company's customer base.
- Manage overall sales process and set appropriate metrics for sales management.
- This is a position that works directly on or around motor vehicle equipment.

Qualifications:Minimum Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related area of study.
- At least seven years sales and marketing experience in the industry.
- Ability to plan and manage at both the strategic and operational levels.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create a results driven, team oriented environment.
- Established contacts and relationships within comparable industries.
- Outstanding consultative selling abilities and excellent interpersonal skills with executive level customers and partners.
