Your Role

The Technology team is responsible for the delivery, operation, and governance of secure, compliant, and scalable platforms that support critical healthcare services and enable the successful separation and long-term independence of the Ascendiun family of companies. The Director, Technology Transformation will report to the Chief Information Officer (CIO). In this role you will for lead cross-functional teams to deliver large-scale programs that create sustainable, systematic improvements across technology and business operations.

Responsibilities

Your Work

In this role, you will:
  • Lead strategic technology initiatives that improve operational performance, scalability, reliability, and customer experience.
  • Identify systemic challenges and drive sustainable solutions that address root causes rather than symptoms.
  • Develop and execute transformation roadmaps aligned with business objectives and technology strategy.
  • Partner with business and technology leaders to drive organizational change and process improvements.
  • Lead complex, cross-functional technology programs with multiple stakeholders, dependencies, and delivery teams.
  • Establish governance, milestones, success metrics, and reporting mechanisms to ensure program success.
  • Drive prioritization, issue resolution, risk management, and decision-making across initiatives.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and aligned with business outcomes.
  • Lead efforts to improve system stability, service performance, operational maturity, and supportability.
  • Facilitate root-cause analysis and corrective action planning for recurring issues.
  • Build strong partnerships with business leaders, product owners, and technology teams.
  • Communicate program status, risks, dependencies, and recommendations to senior leadership.

Hybrid

This role requires employees to be in-office based on our hybrid workplace model, balancing purposeful in-person collaboration with flexibility. For most teams, this means coming into the office two days each week.

Employees living more than 50 miles from an office location will work with their manager to determine in-office time based on business need.
