Reporting to the VP, Technical Solutions Sales, as the Director, Technical Sales - Ontario West, you will lead a team of Technical Sales specialists and architects, to drive sales and delivery of world class Network, Collab, IoT, Cyber and other technology services across enterprise customers. The Technical Solutions Sales team supports and sells to a wide range of accounts across all verticals to provide connectivity and other complex business solutions. As a leader of our Technical Solutions Sales team and Network infrastructure and connectivity sales strategies, this person is a strong technical leader with sales acumens, who is not only passionate about their career and leadership of their people but also subject matter expert in Network LAN/WAN, Collaboration Tools, IoT and Cyber concepts.

Key Responsibilities
• Develops detailed business plan that includes forecasts, projects, operations, trends and maturation of the practice
• Develop executive relationships both within traditional IS/IT organizations, within lines of business, and top accounts
• Develops overall national strategy encompassing people, opportunity, knowledge and partners
• Strategy development will emphasize consistent growth over the short and long term with a specific focus on creating new opportunities through emerging solutions
• Work collaboratively with Take to Market teams to execute on Networking Sales Motion Strategies and tactics
• Manage budgets and forecasts of all measurable revenue and expense factors to ensure achievement of EBITDA objectives and customer satisfaction results.
• Lead with confidence and motivate the team to deliver on revenue objectives.
• Reporting and Target Setting (Win/Loss review, Forecast, Activity Management, Funnel Management, etc.)
• Commitment to growing a performance culture by leading the team towards performance excellence with well defined KPI's and IDP's (Individual Development Plans)

Critical Qualifications
• An experienced sales leader who has a track record of success and managing across multiple channels.
• Develops overall account strategy encompassing people, opportunity, knowledge and partners.
• Demonstrated experience in enhancing productivity and optimizing a sales force.
• Recognized leader with clear track record of using teamwork to create market advantage.
• Strong content development and delivery skills, demonstrated in wide variety of internal and external/customer settings.
• Advanced financial management and business analysis, communication and social skills.
• Ability to formulate, articulate, and implement broad strategic programs.
• Strategic thinker with ability to quickly identify and recognize issues and opportunities in an environment that is highly dynamic and competitive.
• A leaders who is invested to grow and develop high performance teams
• Engaging public speaker who can convey Bell's Network position, offerings and value proposition and build credibility in the market.

Preferred Qualifications
• University degree in Business, Marketing, or a related area, Masters or Professional Designation preferred
• 5-10 years of Sales Leadership Experience in ICT or related discipline.
• Experience in Telecommunications or IT environment
• Network infrastructure certifications
• Demonstrated experience in enhancing productivity and optimizing a sales force

Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
