EXCITING DIRECTOR, TAX PROFESSIONAL SERVICES ROLE

What You'll Do:

In this impactful role, you will be instrumental in guiding firms through their transformation journeys, fostering a community of innovation, and integrating cutting-edge technology. You will leverage your expertise to coach firm leadership, facilitate strategic workshops, and build scalable resources that align with our comprehensive Tax Transformation Framework. Your contributions will directly enhance the capabilities and future readiness of countless accounting professionals.
  • Lead and support tax transformation engagements through coaching, strategic facilitation, and implementation support, aligning with their Tax Transformation Framework.
  • Collaborate with firm leadership to define vision, mission, strategic priorities, and operating models for advisory services.
  • Guide firms on leading practices across strategic direction, service delivery, workflow optimization, client experience, packaging and pricing, talent alignment, and operational scalability.
  • Drive accountability and execution for strategic initiatives and transformation roadmaps within firms.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and mentor to firm leaders and emerging tax professionals.
  • Facilitate and support workshops, roundtables, training sessions, webinars, and onsite firm engagements.
  • Contribute to the curation and delivery of conference content and thought leadership.
  • Develop and refine workshop materials, coaching tools, templates, playbooks, and enablement content.
  • Support leadership sessions focused on growth, advisory development, change management, and technology adoption.
  • Contribute to the ongoing evolution of our advisory services curriculum, toolkits, and learning experiences.
  • Act as a crucial bridge between advisory strategy and practical technology adoption.
  • Support the vetting, evaluation, and alignment of tax-focused solutions within firm technology stacks, as defined by our community platform.
  • Manage practitioner-centered engagement programs within our community platform, including peer communities, technology forums, roundtables, working groups, virtual and in-person events, and vendor/practitioner collaboration sessions.
  • Assist with demo environments, webinars, and applied technology enablement efforts, particularly related to strategic partner tax ecosystems.
  • Translate complex technology capabilities into practical advisory and operational use cases for firms.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendor partners to ensure Professional Services offerings remain current, scalable, and aligned with market trends.
  • Capture insights from firm engagements to inform future enablement resources and marketplace initiatives.
  • Support the long-term growth of our community platform.
  • Lead firms through change management processes as part of our Professional Services offerings.
  • Support the development and execution of change management initiatives tied to transformation programs.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and adaptability across firm engagements.
  • Stay current on industry trends, advisory services evolution, AI enablement, and emerging technologies impacting the profession.
  • Maintain strong alignment with our strategic vision, partner initiatives, and Professional Services goals.
