Overview
We are seeking a\u00a0Director, Talent Development & Talent Acquisition\u00a0to lead our global talent strategy across both development and hiring.\u00a0
This is a high-impact role\u00a0responsible for ensuring we have the right leaders, with the right capabilities, at the right time. You will shape how we attract, develop, and\u00a0retain\u00a0talent across the organization\u2014building a strong leadership pipeline and aligning talent strategies to business\u00a0priorities.\u00a0 \u00a0As a key member of our HR Leadership Team, you will work closely with the CHRO and senior leaders to drive enterprise talent outcomes and enhance organizational capability.
Responsibilities
Lead Enterprise Talent Strategy\u00a0
- Define and execute a forward-looking talent strategy that aligns with business\u00a0objectives\u00a0and long-term growth plans\u00a0
- Drive leadership pipeline strength, succession readiness, and critical capability development across the organization\u00a0
- Partner with senior leadership to\u00a0anticipate\u00a0and address evolving talent needs\u00a0
Shape Talent Development & Organizational Capability\u00a0
- Own global frameworks for\u00a0performance management, talent reviews, and succession planning\u00a0
- Design and scale leadership development programs, career pathways, and capability-building initiatives\u00a0
- Strengthen leader effectiveness in coaching, talent assessment, and development planning\u00a0
- Identify\u00a0and address systemic capability gaps across the organization\u00a0
Build a High-Performing Talent Acquisition Function\u00a0
- Lead Talent Acquisition for the U.S.\u00a0with accountability for quality of hire, time-to-fill, and hiring manager experience\u00a0
- Define and implement a scalable recruiting operating model aligned to workforce plans\u00a0
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies and strengthen diverse talent pipelines\u00a0
- Shape and elevate employer brand to compete effectively in key markets\u00a0
Own and Optimize Recruiting Infrastructure\u00a0
- Lead\u00a0global ownership of recruiting tools and platforms, including ATS, LinkedIn, and job boards\u00a0
- Drive standardization, integration, and optimization of recruiting systems and processes\u00a0
- Ensure strong return on investment and\u00a0adoption across regions\u00a0
Influence & Drive Organizational Impact\u00a0
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on talent, succession, and organizational capability\u00a0
- Lead enterprise talent discussions and\u00a0provide\u00a0data-driven insights to guide decisions\u00a0
- Drive alignment and execution across a global, matrixed organization\u00a0
Qualifications
- 10 615+ years of experience in talent development, organizational development, and/or talent acquisition\u00a0
- Experience leading enterprise talent programs and strategies in a global or multi-region environment\u00a0
- Proven ability to influence senior leaders and\u00a0operate\u00a0as a strategic partner\u00a0
- Strong understanding of talent analytics, workforce planning, and capability development\u00a0
- Experience leading or\u00a0optimizing\u00a0recruiting strategy, operations, and technology platforms\u00a0
- A balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution\u00a0
