Full Job Description
We are seeking a Director of Talent Acquisition to drive the end-to-end recruitment strategy for our healthcare system. In this pivotal leadership role, you will align our sourcing and onboarding operations with our broader business objectives, ensuring we attract top-tier clinical and support professionals.

Key Priorities:

Strategic Growth: Build a scalable talent pipeline that meets the evolving demands of our clinical plan of care.

Market Positioning: Execute initiatives that solidify our reputation as a regional and national destination employer.

Operational Excellence: Optimize resources to improve both the speed and quality of hire while fostering long-term retention.

Required Education and Experience
Bachelor's Degree Human Resources Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
Eight years Human Resources experience, including at least five years management/leadership experience in workforce planning and recruitment.

Required Credentials
N/A.

Preferred
Advanced degree in Human Resources Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
Predominant experience in the Health Care industry.
Strategic Planning experience specific to workforce planning and sourcing.

Compensation Range
$180,884.00 - $271,326.00 per year

Salary Information

This compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity, skills, experience, and expertise, and may vary within the range provided.
