OverviewThe Director of Talent Acquisition is responsible for leading global talent acquisition activities for Resonetics, ensuring the attraction, selection, and hiring of diverse, high-quality talent through effective recruiting strategies, innovative sourcing methods, technology-enabled processes, data-driven decision making and regulatory compliance. This role provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for a high-performing Talent Acquisition team while maintaining an active recruiting presence.
The Director will drive continuous improvement in recruiting operations, leveraging talent analytics, process optimization, automation and AI-enabled solutions to enhance recruiting effectiveness, improve candidate and manager experiences, increase operational efficiency, and accelerate hiring outcomes. This leader will champion the adoption of advanced talent acquisition technologies and workforce insights to inform strategy, optimize resource allocation, improve key metrics and support scalable growth. This position will also maintain a dotted-line relationship with global talent acquisition and leads to support alignment of recruiting practices, processes, metrics, and technology across the organization. The Director of Talent Acquisition reports to the CHRO and is a member of the HR Leadership team.

Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the U.S. Talent Acquisition team, fostering a culture of accountability, customer service, collaboration, and continuous improvement while partnering closely with Global HR and Talent Acquisition lead to align recruiting strategies and best practices.
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies that attract, assess, and hire high-quality talent across all U.S. business units, ensuring an efficient and timely hiring process that supports operational and growth objectives.
- Lead and execute early talent strategy and program oversight, building scalable university recruiting, internship, and emerging talent pipelines to support organizational growth and succession planning.
- Lead the organization's contingent workforce and temp-to-perm talent strategy, overseeing staffing agency partnerships and performance to ensure best-in-class service delivery, high-quality talent pipelines, workforce flexibility, and successful conversion outcomes.
- Partner with executive leadership, HR Business Partners, and hiring managers to support workforce planning and hiring priorities and develop proactive sourcing strategies.
- Establish recruiting metrics, dashboards, and service-level expectations to measure performance, improve efficiency, and ensure accountability.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives that reduce time-to-fill, improve quality-of-hire, and enhance hiring manager and candidate satisfaction.
- Lead the implementation, optimization, and adoption of talent acquisition technologies, including ATS, CRM, sourcing tools, and AI-enabled recruiting platforms.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws, EEO regulations, OFCCP requirements, and Affirmative Action Plans.
- Partner with HR and Marketing to strengthen employer branding and recruitment marketing efforts.
- Provide strategic guidance on labor market trends, talent availability, competitive hiring practices, and emerging recruiting technologies.
- Ensure a positive, professional, and inclusive candidate experience throughout the recruiting lifecycle.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Management, or related field.
- 10+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience, including 5+ years leading recruiting teams.
- Experience recruiting within manufacturing, medical device, engineering, or other technical environments.
- Demonstrated success building scalable recruiting processes and high-performing recruiting teams.
- Experience with enterprise Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting technologies.
- Strong knowledge of employment law, EEO/OFCCP requirements, and recruiting best practices.
- Proven ability to influence and partner with leaders across all levels of the organization.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leveraging AI-driven recruiting tools and technologies to enhance talent acquisition effectiveness and candidate experience.
- Strong background supporting talent acquisition initiatives across multi-site manufacturing operations.
- SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or comparable senior-level HR certification preferred.
- Proven ability to partner with global HR stakeholders and support recruiting strategies that align with international workforce and business objectives.
Physical Demands
- Ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods while working on a computer and participating in virtual meetings.
- Ability to communicate effectively with employees, candidates, and business leaders in person, by phone, and through video conferencing platforms.
- Ability to travel up to 20% to support recruiting initiatives, hiring events, leadership meetings, and visits to Resonetics locations.
Compensation
- The compensation for this role is competitive and will be based on experience and qualifications. The anticipated range is $144,000.00 - $204,000.00 per year.
