Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of experience in supply chain/replenishment or customer logistics in CPG/retail.
• Minimum of 3 years in a leadership role within a CPG or retail environment.
• Demonstrated experience in successfully building high-performing replenishment or CPFR teams for Walmart relationships.
• In-depth knowledge of CPFR, OTIF, SQEP, ASN/EDI, and deduction prevention.
• Advanced skills in Scintilla and BI tools like Power BI and Tableau, with a focus on actionable insights.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for effective client engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics strategy to drive predictive analytics and insights aligning with Walmart PSP goals.
• Engage clients in meetings and business reviews, providing strategic recommendations and impactful presentations.
• Mentor and develop team members on proprietary tools, AI analytics, and Scintilla integration.
• Ensure team access to advanced platforms and lead skills development on emerging technologies.
• Oversee data integration and visualization to generate actionable insights for cross-functional teams.
• Advise clients on Walmart Connect and supply chain metrics like OTIF and on-shelf availability.
• Report progress and impact to senior management to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
