About the Job:As Director, Strategic Planning - SVP, you will lead the development of strategic visions for brands, driving organic growth and exceptional results. You'll leverage your expertise in brand planning, client management, and collaboration to spearhead workshops, mentor strategists, and drive innovation. With mastery of strategic leadership, storytelling, and talent management, you'll propel agency growth, thought leadership, and innovative solutions, while demonstrating a deep understanding of market dynamics and customer insights. You'll be a key driver of agency success, embodying our values of excellence, innovation, and collaboration to inspire and motivate your team.A Day in the Life:Lead strategic planning for existing and new business opportunities, guiding cross-functional teams to achieve success.
Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies, addressing disease state, indications, customer needs, and science.
Provide expert consulting on market research, insight mining, and ideation to inform creative and drive strategic opportunities.
Facilitate large-scale client workshops and brainstorming sessions, driving collaboration and strategic recommendations.
Oversee and mentor team members, fostering career development and growth.
Manage full-life-cycle talent management, including hiring, staffing, feedback, and performance management.
Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical marketing guidance and agency processes.
Participate in agency-wide initiatives and task forces, promoting interdepartmental collaboration.
Demonstrate empathetic leadership, professionalism, and effective communication.

Omnicom's policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager.
