Description About the TeamAirrosti's Business Development & Strategic Partnerships team builds and deepens relationships with employers, health plans, brokers, consultants and community partners - that drive new patients to Airrosti (both provider practices and virtual solutions like Flex, ARR, & Reach a Doc).
Role SummaryDirector Strategic Partnerships is responsible for developing and executing market strategies that grow Airrosti's presence within an assigned region. This spans three connected areas of work:
- Strategic Sales & Employer Partnerships - sourcing and closing partnerships with large, self-insured employers
- Account Management of Employer Partnerships - creating, launching & implementing engagement programs with employer groups, which include but are not limited to health fairs, lunch & learns, webinars, workshops and injury assessments
- Networking & Relationship Building with Industry Influencers - such as attending & speaking at industry conferences and conventions and creating & deepening individual relationships with brokers, consultants & carrier personnel
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy, Sales & Growth
- Participate in or lead market planning and sales strategy to expand Airrosti's impact, measured by new employer partner additions and new patient contribution
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective employer partners
- Prepare and deliver Airrosti capabilities presentations to individuals and large groups, and drive prospects to close
- Develop strategies to maximize health-plan member utilization of Airrosti and lower employer MSK spend
- Achieve quarterly and annual goals for new partnership acquisition
Engagement & Events
- Co-create and execute employer engagement plans, and present engagement/kick-off recommendations to HR / Benefits teams, securing commitment to an ongoing partnership timeline.
- Coordinate and attend employer health fairs, lunch & learns, webinars, Experience Airrosti Days, Injury Assessments, and other partner events.
- Conduct Airrosti Performance Review meetings with each engaged employer on a regular basis
- Coordinate logistics across Treatment Teams, the Regional Support Team, and Marketing/design staff to deliver engagement activities.
- Achieve quarterly and annual goals for patient cases driven from assigned accounts and partnerships
Relationship & Referral Development
- Initiate and grow relationships with key industry contacts, including brokers/consultants, carrier representatives, and wellness professionals
- Identify high-impact industry events for Airrosti attendance, participation & even speaking opportunities
QualificationsEducation & Experience
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university (Business, Health Promotion, Marketing, or Communication preferred); equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
- 3-5 years of healthcare or point-solution sales experience, with a proven history of closing partnerships
- Background in corporate health/wellness, sales, account management, or marketing is a plus; internal or external sales and product-promotional experience is a plus.
- Solid understanding of self-funded employer plans and the regional health-insurance market, with meaningful contacts among medical carriers, brokers, benefits consultants, and wellness vendors.
Skills & Attributes
- Strong written, verbal, and large-group presentation skills, with professional fluency in both English and Spanish required to independently deliver presentations, facilitate discussions, answer questions, and build professional relationships with diverse audiences.

- Excellent organizational and project-management skills with attention to detail; able to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to analyze situations and data/trends to develop and recommend appropriate actions.

- Comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-paced, evolving environment; able to innovate and problem-solve creatively.
- History of consistently meeting or exceeding goals (senior roles).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.).
Job Requirements - Moderate regional travel required throughout the South Texas Region, including El Paso.
- Preference for candidates who reside in, or are willing to relocate to, the Rio Grande Valley.
- Willingness to represent Airrosti at conferences, events, and community engagements.
- Desire to learn, grow, develop, and - over time - mentor future team members.
Compensation & Benefits - $75,000-95,000/yr (depending on experience)
