Reporting into the Vice President, Strategic Operations & Enterprise Transformation, the
Director of Strategic Operations & Enterprise Transformation is a senior execution leader responsible for driving delivery of strategic initiatives and enterprise improvement efforts. The role partners with functional and senior leaders to translate defined priorities into executable plans, bring discipline to cross-functional work, and improve visibility into progress, risks, and outcomes.
This role is hands-on and delivery-oriented focused on coordination, governance, and follow-through across complex initiatives rather than setting enterprise strategy.

To be qualified for this position you:- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred.
- 8-10 years of experience in strategic operations, enterprise initiatives, consulting, or program leadership roles.
- Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong planning, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to influence without authority in a matrixed environment.
- Experience in technology-enabled, product-driven, or scaling organizations.
- Background supporting enterprise-level initiatives, transformation programs, or portfolio execution.
- Strong partnership experience with Product, Engineering, Finance, or Commercial teams.
- Comfort operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.

You will be:Strategic Initiative Execution - Executing and supporting delivery of defined enterprise priorities and transformation initiatives.
- Translating strategic direction into detailed execution plans, milestones, and success metrics.
- Coordinating dependencies and sequencing across Product, Technology, Finance, Commercial, and Operations teams.
Program & Portfolio Leadership - Leading cross-functional programs such as enterprise change initiatives, product launch readiness, pricing or intake governance, and other priority efforts.
- Keeping initiatives on track through active management of timelines, scope, risks, and dependencies.
- Driving accountability through clear ownership, regular check-ins, and structured updates.
Execution Governance & Rigor - Running initiative-level or portfolio-level governance forums, status reviews, and working sessions.
- Implementing consistent intake, tracking, and escalation practices for assigned initiatives.
- Identifying execution risks, delivery bottlenecks, and resource constraints; surface tradeoffs and recommendations to leadership.
Performance Tracking & Insights - Developing and maintaining execution metrics, dashboards, and status reporting.
- Providing concise, executive-ready summaries highlighting progress, risks, and required decisions.
- Analyzing trends to inform prioritization, sequencing, and corrective actions.
Change Enablement & Stakeholder Partnership - Partnering closely with functional leaders and teams to ensure initiatives are well-understood and adoptable.
- Supporting change efforts through clear communication, coordination, and follow-through.
- Serving as a trusted execution partner for senior leaders driving cross-functional work.
Team Leadership & Capability Development - Leading and developing a small team or program pod, as applicable.
- Setting clear priorities, expectations, and success measures for direct reports.
- Contributing to shared tools, templates, and playbooks that improve execution consistency.
