About the Role

As the Director of Strategic Customer Success & Growth, you will serve as a key executive partner driving account retention, strategic expansion, and operational excellence across enterprise clients. In this high-impact leadership role, you will own client satisfaction both directly and by managing a team of Strategic Customer Success Partners. You will act as a trusted advisor to client C-suites-translating complex supply chain metrics into strategic growth opportunities, conducting regular site visits, and partnering closely with Operations to deliver game-changing logistics solutions.

What the Candidate Will Do
  • Portfolio Strategy & Retention: Own retention, contract renewals, and commercial strategy across assigned accounts in close partnership with the Customer Success team
  • Team Leadership & Mentorship: Hire, train, and empower a high-performing team of Strategic Customer Success Partners to deliver consistent, best-in-class service.
  • Executive Advocacy & Relationship Building: Serve as the strategic voice of the customer across internal departments (Operations, Finance, Product, and Procurement) to build long-term executive trust.
  • Strategic Growth & Cross-Selling: Identify retention risks and expansion opportunities, supporting solutions design and new business pipeline growth.
  • Financial Ownership: Maintain direct financial responsibility and budgeting oversight for customer revenue, P&L performance, and margin targets.
  • Customer-Centric Innovation: Connect client needs directly to Product Development through design partnerships to continuously evolve Uber Freight's solution set.
  • Travel: Travel to customer sites as needed (up to 50%).


Basic Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, transportation management, or 3PL logistics.
  • 3+ years of direct people management or team leadership experience.
  • Proven track record of financial ownership (P&L, net revenue, or client cost-savings targets) for a managed book of business.
  • Demonstrated executive presentation skills with strong experience delivering data-driven business reviews (QBRs/MBRs) to C-suite and senior leadership.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
  • Deep proficiency with productivity and data tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or Tableau).
  • Solid understanding of project management methodologies and cross-functional execution.
  • Proven ability to interpret complex supply chain data to drive actionable, continuous improvement recommendations.
