This position is open to Charlotte, NC, or Rogers, AR, working #Hybrid, in the office 3 days a week.

In this client-facing role, you will serve as a strategic partner, delivering best-in-class insights across category, customer, and shopper data. Using tools such as Blue Yonder, CKB, and space management expertise, you will help drive business growth and support client objectives.

You'll work closely with sales partners to provide advanced analytics and actionable recommendations that inform strategic decisions and enhance execution at retail.

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and support for your client by leveraging business processes to ensure the efficient operation of the organization, while providing deliverables that support positive results.
  • Using Blue Yonder, CKB, and shopper insights to drive business growth
  • Develop and deliver compelling, data-driven presentations that provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to clients, driving business growth and informed decision-making.
  • Support and champion key organizational initiatives.
  • Participate in task forces and other miscellaneous projects as requested by the leadership team.
  • Manage revenue goals, identify new business opportunities, and close gaps.


Qualifications

Education Requirements:
  • Bachelors Degree
  • Category Management certification, preferred

Work Experience Requirements:
  • 6 to 10 years of related work experience

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Requirements:
  • Possess a solid working knowledge of the Retail & CPG industries, with a strength in the area responsible for managing data sources like Blue Yonder, Retailer POS, NielsenIQ, IRI/Circana, consumer insights tools, and concepts.
  • Advanced skills in cross-functional teamwork, communication, presentation/storytelling, plan preparation, and delivering effective solutions.
  • Break down larger problems into smaller components and potential resolutions.
  • Customize and adapt communication and discussion to appeal to the specific interests, needs, and levels of the audience.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, gaining trust and respect, leading to optimal execution of results.
  • Prioritize initiatives and resources based on the strategic priorities of the organization.
  • Clearly define and communicate roles and responsibilities to others.
  • Build strategic objectives with senior leadership, identifying areas of growth.
