Job Summary
At Calcium+Company, the Director, Social provides day-to-day leadership for the social media practice within Public Relations, overseeing a portfolio of client social media programs and driving strategic integration, performance excellence, and business growth. You are responsible for advancing the impact of social initiatives across client portfolios, ensuring operational rigor, regulatory compliance, and measurable communications outcomes. You serve as a senior client partner and internal leader, guiding Managers and Coordinators while maintaining accountability for revenue performance and scalable growth within regulated healthcare environments. This role requires strong commercial acumen, strategic vision, operational discipline, and advanced people leadership.
Key Job Responsibilities (Duties may include, but are not limited to all or some of the following)
