Full Job Description
As Director of Client Service Delivery, you will cultivate strong client relationships, drive satisfaction and retention, and lead initiatives that optimize service delivery and operational performance. This role requires a high-performing leader with deep Revenue Cycle Management or healthcare operations experience, strong EPIC proficiency, and a proven ability to lead teams, execute strategic plans, and communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.

Here's What You Can Expect
  • Develop regular and ad hoc presentations for client executives, highlighting key updates, performance insights, and client needs.
  • Conduct analytics to communicate overall performance and address specific client or operational focus areas.
  • Partner with R1 customer operations teams to align objectives, assess performance, and develop remediation plans for identified risks.
  • Support action plans that improve operational and metric performance by addressing key drivers, risks, and barriers.
  • Collaborate with R1 functional leaders on daily operations across assigned hospital(s).
  • Support projects that improve operational performance metrics.
  • Create standardized analysis and presentation templates that can be leveraged across clients.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.


Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Experience Level
Minimum of 10 years of experience, including at least 5 years in a management role.
For this US-based position, the base pay range is $117,000.00 - $194,847.37 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

This job is eligible to participate in our annual bonus plan at a target of 20.00%
