Qualifications

• Proven leadership skills in a healthcare setting

• Experience coordinating with law enforcement agencies and external partners

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for Security Services across all UCLA Health facilities
• Manage daily security operations and supervise security personnel
• Ensure a safe environment for patients, visitors, and staff
• Oversee systemwide alarm monitoring and departmental training programs
• Develop and implement security policies and performance standards
• Liaise with executive leadership, clinical departments, and regulatory bodies
• Promote a culture of safety, service excellence, and continuous improvement
