Responsibilities
Oversee the preparation and filing of SEC reports, including 10-K and 10-Q filings.
Ensure compliance with GAAP and SEC regulations for financial reporting.
Coordinate external audits and liaise with auditors.
Develop and implement technical accounting policies and procedures.
Provide guidance and training to accounting staff on technical issues.
