Job Summary
The SAP Director, Solutions Integration will serve as the enterprise-level solution leader across all major SAP functional domains, including S/4HANA (FI, CO, MM, SD, PP, PM, QM), Ariba, IBP, and Group Reporting. This role is responsible for defining the end-to-end digital architecture for manufacturing operations, supply chain, procurement, finance, and reporting. The architect will guide global template design, lead complex transformation programs, and ensure cohesive, scalable, and future-ready SAP solutions.

Essential Duties
  • Enterprise Architecture & Solution Leadership
    • Own the end-to-end SAP functional architecture across S/4HANA, Ariba, IBP, and Group Reporting.
    • Define and govern the global SAP template for manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, and finance.
    • Lead multi-year digital transformation programs, ensuring alignment with business strategy and SAP best practices.
    • Drive solution roadmaps, capability assessments, and architecture standards.
  • Cross-Functional Design & Integration
    • Architect integrated processes across:
    • Order-to-Cash (OTC)
    • Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
    • Plan-to-Produce (P2P/Manufacturing)
    • Record-to-Report (R2R)
    • Forecast-to-Stock (IBP + S/4)
    • Source-to-Contract (Ariba)
    • Ensure seamless integration between S/4HANA modules and external systems (MES, WMS, PLM, tax engines, etc.).
    • Oversee integration patterns across Ariba-S/4, IBP-S/4, and Group Reporting-Finance.
    Program Delivery & Governance
    • Lead blueprinting, solution design, and architecture reviews for global rollouts.
    • Provide functional oversight for RICEFW development, data migration, and testing strategy.
    • Establish governance frameworks for change management, release management, and solution lifecycle.
    • Mentor functional leads across modules and guide cross-functional design decisions.
  • Manufacturing & Supply Chain Expertise
    • Architect solutions for:
    • Order Management with advanced Intercompany
    • Multi-plant manufacturing
    • Complex BOMs and routings
    • Capacity planning & scheduling
    • Preventive & predictive maintenance
    • Quality management & compliance
    • Global supply chain planning (IBP)
    • Ensure alignment with industry best practices for discrete, process, or hybrid manufacturing.
  • Finance, Tax & Reporting
    • Oversee design for:
    • FI/CO, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis
    • Intercompany processes & transfer pricing
    • Group Reporting consolidation
    • Vertex or other tax engine integrations
    • Ensure compliance with global accounting, audit, and statutory requirements.

  • 15+ years of SAP functional experience across multiple modules required.
  • Hands-on leadership in at least 2-3 full-cycle S/4HANA transformations in manufacturing required
  • Deep expertise across: S/4HANA core modules (FI, CO, MM, SD, PP, PM, QM), SAP Ariba (Sourcing, Buying & Invoicing, SL&P, Contracts), SAP IBP (Demand, Supply, S&OP, Inventory), SAP Group Reporting
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes and cross-module integration.
  • Proven experience designing global templates and leading global rollouts.
  • Ability to translate business strategy into scalable SAP architecture.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications Preferred
  • Experience with Central Finance, EWM, TM, GTS, MES/MII integration, Predictive analytics or SAP BTP extensions Preferred
  • SAP certifications in multiple modules or architecture tracks preferred
  • Experience working in multi-entity, multi-plant manufacturing organizations preferred


Base salary and/or rate of pay ranges listed are exclusive of fringe benefits and potential bonuses. Individual compensation offers will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to geographic location, relevant candidate experience and skill, education, and/or qualifications.

Base Salary Range: $160,000-$220,000
