Overview:
The Director, Sales is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and achieving sales targets. This role focuses on new business development for all company services, with a specific emphasis on Remote Guard & Integration opportunities. The Director will work closely with the executive team to execute sales strategies that align with the company's goals and vision.
Benefits:- Full-time exempt salary with full benefits (medical, dental, vision), paid time off, eleven (11) paid holidays, and more beginning day one of employment. Annual salary + commission plan structure.
- 401(k): Matching 5% on the 1st of the month following 90 days of employment, offered to both full-time and part-time employees.
Essential Job Function and Responsibilities:- Business Development: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company revenue objectives locally, regionally, and nationally.
- Revenue Growth: Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's presence in existing markets. Achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty through excellent verbal and written communication.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Use insights to inform sales strategies and consistently meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Integration, IT, and other internal departments to align sales efforts with overall company objectives.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales performance reports to the executive team, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.

Mandatory Experience, Skills, and Knowledge:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- 5+ years of experience selling security services.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills.
- Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Successful experience and persistence with cold-calling and cold-contact marketing.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred Experience, Skills, and Knowledge:- Understanding of integration, video monitoring, and complimentary security services
Salary Description
$100,000 base + commission
