Job DescriptionSUMMARYAccountable for the strategy, growth, and operational performance of multiple national accounts, including oversight of media initiatives, sponsorship opportunities, and corporate membership programs. Provides strong people leadership, guiding team members to deliver exceptional corporate partner value and meet revenue targets.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSAn employee in this position may be called upon to do any or all the following essential functions. These examples do not include all the functions which the employee may be expected to perform.
- Lead sales and relationship management efforts for key corporate partner accounts, ensuring strong engagement and long-term partnership value.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and across prospective partners to drive revenue growth.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and escalations.
- Partner closely with internal communications, meetings, and events teams to ensure account satisfaction, retention, and seamless execution of deliverables.
- Assist in maintaining up-to-date information in SalesForce to be used in special projects, sponsorship sales, advertising, membership, and Trade Show involvement.
- Assists in the managing annual budgets, tracks expenses, and ensures financial alignment with organizational goals.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to corporate partners.
- Monitor market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
- Provide material for monthly/quarterly communications to corporate partners.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance and client feedback.
- Manage various special projects.
- Some travel required.
- Other job duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS - EDUCATION - Bachelor's degree in agriculture, communications, business or related field.
- EXPERIENCE - Understanding of media and public relations processes. Ag industry experience a plus. Minimum of 5+ years in similar type role/field.
