About the Role

This role sits at the intersection of creative storytelling, production expertise, and business growth-leading net-new sales and expanding existing partnerships for BCD Meetings & Events. You'll work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment where turning big ideas into client-ready solutions is the name of the game. You're Good At
  • Building and growing a strong sales pipeline by identifying the right prospects and uncovering opportunities across production, creative content, and event solutions
  • Leading consultative sales conversations that connect client goals with high-impact Creative & Production solutions in a collaborative, execution-focused environment
  • Managing complex deals from discovery through close, including proposals, presentations, pricing conversations, and contract negotiations
  • Partnering cross-functionally with sales, operations, finance, and subject matter experts to develop smart, client-centric solutions
  • Communicating both creative vision and commercial value clearly, including cost/benefit insights that support decision-making


You Might Also Have
  • Experience selling production, content, or experiential services within an agency, events, or similar project-based environment
  • An established network of client and industry relationships that can help generate momentum and open doors quickly
  • A strong grasp of event formats, production workflows, and content delivery, with the ability to align them to business objectives
  • A strategic, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to prioritize opportunities and move multiple deals forward at once
  • Confidence working with complex financial details and using data to shape pricing and commercial strategy

Travel requirements for this role are as follows:25% to 50%

The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Director, Sales - Business Development, Production & Creative is between $85,000 - $125,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
