These roles are responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care to patients admitted to the hospital. Inpatient RNs monitor patient conditions, administer medications, assist in treatments, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality care in various hospital units.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing from accredited nursing program, Master's degree in related field within 4 years of hire.
Experience: 5 or more years of progressive leadership experience, required.
Licensure: Licensed to Practice as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
This is primarily a sedentary job involving extensive use of desktop computers. The job does occasionally require traveling some distance to attend meetings, and programs.
The pay range for this role is $111,330.00 - $222,659.00 annually. Individual compensation will be determined by the selected candidate's qualifications, previous work experience, and/or education.
