Our 176-bed acute care facility is fully accredited and included a 16-bed residential treatment center for adult chemical dependency.

The Director, Risk Management is responsible for clinical identification, risk evaluation and coordination of corrective action related to risk issues and creating methods to avoid, eliminate and/or reduce risk situations associated with the provision of patient care and services.

Qualifications Requirements: - Education Required: Bachelor's degree in related field.
- Licensure and certification Required: RN License
- Experience Required: Three years of clinical experience in psychiatric setting or related field with specific knowledge in high-risk areas, Joint Commission, CMS, and other relevant state and federal regulations Experience may be substituted with education on a 1:1 basis.
